How To Treat Asthma Attack At Home

1. Massage with Mustard Oil:

To get rid of Asthma, you need to make sure that your respiratory passages should be clear and your normal breathing could restore. You can do massage with Mustard Oil by following method, and you can also do this ayurvedic treatment anywhere.  Below we have mentioned the steps:

Heat Mustard Oil with Camphor
When it gets comfortably warm, transfer it to bowl and gently rub it on your Upper Back and Chest and follow the massage of it.
You can do this several times in a day.

2. The remedy of Garlic:

This following remedy will help you to clear the congestion of lungs in early stages of Asthma.

  • Boil few cloves of Garlic with one cup of milk
  • Once it get Boiled
  • Wait to get it cooled till room temperature
  • Once it is done you are allowed to drink it.


This remedy is one of the easiest remedies to do since wherever you stay, you will get milk and heat for sure, and you can do this there as well.

3. Use of Coffee or Caffeine:

Coffee contains caffeine that acts as a bronchodilator. Thus, if you have Asthma, then you should take Hot Black coffee that will help you in clear your respiratory passage. Stronger the coffee better would be the result. You should also make sure that the intake does not exceed thrice in a day. In case you don’t like Coffee you can also opt for tea as well.

4. Eat Figs

Figs have nutritional properties that can help in clearing the respiratory tracts. One should soak 4-5 figs in water at night and in morning, eat them and drink the remaining water without eating anything.

Gout is an agonizing metabolic infection which primarily occurs in the cartilages of the joints as it causes infection and ejection of uric acids in these parts of the body. It first affects the toe portion of the body causing it to swell rapidly resulting in huge amount of pain in that portion of the body.
