Gout Causes, Symptoms & Ayurvedic Treatment


Gout is an agonizing metabolic infection which primarily occurs in the cartilages of the joints as it causes infection and ejection of uric acids in these parts of the body. It first affects the toe portion of the body causing it to swell rapidly resulting in huge amount of pain in that portion of the body. It then slowly and slowly spreads to different parts or I should say joints of the body causing a great level of discomfort to us.

It is mainly caused when our body contains high level of uric acids then required. Normally uric acids are excreted out in the form of urine from our body when it is effectively and efficiently purified by our kidneys. But when it is not purified through kidneys then it results in the creation of sharp needle like crystals. When they accumulate in the joint portions, it causes a great amount of infection and pain.

There are various symptoms by which you can identify whether you have gout disease or not. These symptoms are fever, itching, burning sensation, swollen joints, change in the color of skin, pain and redness in the small joints of the body and so on.

Even though this solution will be on the higher side due to the excess amount of sodium present in it, you can try to control its saltiness as much as possible by adding base i.e water in this solution in order to balance it out.
