  • Red ochre, also known as Gairika is also very effective in allergy treatment and curing urticaria. One teaspoon of processed gairika with hone should be consumed three times a day to get relief from urticaria. 
  • Salt should be avoided from the diet as much as possible.
  • Sour food items like curd must be curtailed from the diet.
  • Food items containing artificial colors, flavors, bleached flour and cheese must be restricted from the daily diet.
