Cancer is a dangerous disease and not possible to get cured if it gets identified at a later stage. Many people known cancer only by name and are not aware of what it means. According to research conducted by EPIC, there is a strong correlation between cancer cells and combined use of garlic and onion together. It has been found that those who use to take paste of garlic and onion found themselves safer against cancer instead of those who never tried it.

3.    Ashwagandha:

After 40 years of research, scientist found it beneficial against cancer as well. According to them, one should eat ashwagandha twice in a day once in the morning and evening.

5.    Ginger:

Ginger is a famous for the anti inflammatory actions in our body as it also helps in fighting against cancer too. According to research, you should consume ginger paste once or twice in a day to fight against cancer.
